  7. Googling around randomly, I found some studies that show if you're a #fat / #obese woman, #iron #supplementation might not be a good idea. If I understand correctly, iron can increase your inflammation levels, unabsorbed iron may disrupt the gut microbiome, and obesity decreases iron absorption despite a higher iron intake in obese people.
