Played around 1 hour and I finished the #game with one blink of eye.
Never played this #Mario but It is too short...
I played a #DX rom hack to got colorized experience.
But anyways is a great Super Mario for #GameBoy ;)

I played Super Mario Land 2 - 6 Golden coins today, a game that I come back to at least every few months. It's one of the few games that I do have strong nostalgic feelings for, because it was a favourite when I was a kid and a Christmas (or was it birthday?) gift from my parents. However, I do feel it's a really good game regardless, and one of the few Nintendo system titles I like.

#LotRO watching the chat go nuts about the new servers and where people wanna go
#FallenEarth watching the chat go nuts about "dupers" (apparently you can cheat and duplicate items and this has people quite mad)
#Cradle wants to be "serious" Portal (kinda) but falls a bit short. still, has some value, I think. Story setting is fairly unique.
#MyFirstGranTurismo Completed this last night, actually, as it's very short and very much GT baby mode. Was fun in VR tho, and now I think I want to get GT7, lol. Or the PSVR2 PC adapter as I have Assetto Corsa Comp. already on Steam, which has VR support.
#NoMansSky also in VR. Did an Abandoned Freighter last night. Really fun, tho I'm still getting the hang of interacting with stuff. The whole "use R1 to select something you're looking at and 'pull back' " thing takes some getting used to.
#SuperMarioLand yeah, the Gameboy game from '89. For some odd reason I found myself whistling the music to World 1 the other day, so I've fired up RetroArch on the Deck and been playing it. Ah, nostalgia. It's not the best Mario of that era, but it's not awful. Save states are nice, lol. -

Hará 25 años que no lo tocaba en profundidad.

On a related musical note, does anyone else just instantly associate the Easton Kingdom themed from #SuperMarioLand with Egypt? Like it’s literally only used for the pyramid level there, yet I always associate it more with Egypt/Birabuto than Easter Island/Easton:
