Everywhere in the world there is healthy food and junk feed. If not people die. Healthy #super-food:
1. #Clear #water
2. #Fats - Virginal #olive oil, #Inuit blubber, #Coconut oil, Ghee
3. #Protein - #Beans, #nuts, #seeds, insects, #horses (especially rich and lean race horses), #fish
4. #Grass - #cereals, #rice, #wheat, #oats, #spelt, #corn, #buckwheat
5. #Fruit, #berries, #herbs and #vegetables
6. #Spice
Where I am, we have foods from all over the world, just for our pets. I will be having #porridge with frozen wonky berries for brekkie. A pot of Earl Grey. Maybe an organic egg or two with baked beans and wholemeal bread. Now if I am not a privileged first worlder, I'll eat my boots ... oh wait they are not made of leather, not really food. Junk that!
