CW: Podsumowanie po meczu Super Bowl 58.
1. Kansas City Chiefs wygrało z San Francisco 49ers w dogrywce 25-22. Oznacza to trzeci tytuł dla KC (z czego drugi z rzędu, co nie zdarzyło się od 2005 roku) i trzeci przegrany finał SF w ostatnich kilkunastu latach.
2. Jednocześnie jest to trzeci raz, kiedy Chiefs wygrało w Super Bowl przegrywając w czwartej kwarcie, a też trzeci raz (choć nie tylko w 49ers), kiedy trener Kyle Shanahan przegrywa taki finał.
3. Mecz ogólnie wyglądał czasem dość amatorsko - sporo upuszczeń piłki, jakieś niepewne chwyty na return itd. Urok rangi meczu i stresu zawodników.
4. Travis Kelce był tak sfrustrowany, że w pierwszej połowie zaatakował swojego trenera. W drugiej połowie już był pewnym punktem zespołu, ale wiele osób mówi, że Kelce powinien dostać jakąś karę.
5. Do pewnego momentu najlepszą akcją Chiefs było wyzerowanie piwa na czas przez Taylor Swift na trybunach.
6. Brock Purdy (QB Niners) grał poprawnie, ale nic ponad to - nie był w stanie sam z siebie pomóc zespołowi zdobyć choć jedno przyłożenie więcej.
7. To był mecz detali - duże znaczenie miało zablokowane podwyższenie 49ers, w efekcie czego pojawiła się dogrywka.
8. Spoooooro kar, szczególnie za holding i falstart. Przy tak bliskim wyniku to też wpłynęło na wynik meczu dla 49ers, choć najbardziej znaczącą karę miało w dogrywce Chiefs.
9. Duże znaczenie w konsekwencji miała kontuzja Dre Greenlaw, który zerwał Achillesa... wybiegając na boisko. Od tego momentu KC zaczęło mieć więcej miejsca w ataku w środku pola.
