  41. As of as 16:00 UTC on July 16th, 2024 this is the location of the two balloons in flight of the NASA balloon campaign in ESRANGE.

    BIG60 is chasing down SUNRISE III despite the difference of almost three days between launches. That's due to the speed the BIG60 gained flying at 156 kft against the 120 kft average altitude of SUNRISE III.

    The Solar telescope mission will be terminated in the next few hours.
