Finished the brandy, keeping the bottle because it has a swallow embossed on it - the Minoan Sun Goddess Therasia's sacred bird. I think I'll use the bottle to make some saffron-infused wine, since saffron is also sacred to Therasia.

Okay, it's not a beer, but a Sauvignon Blanc from Fantinel Winery in Friuli, named after the almighty funk-jazz fantasia #SunGoddess by #RamseyLewis & #EarthWindAndFire, even paying homage to the album cover on the label...it's dry minerally smooth 🌞
