Poolside party at camp. Had grilled chicken (leg), some baked beans, corn on the cob, & mac salad w/ green peas & ham. Fresh fruit, vodka punch, ice cream sundae - a small one - all about the toppings.
Then trays of shots came ‘round, mini Long Islands, peanut butter flavored whisky, strawberry tequila (?) The competitions were inspirational. Best tan, best jockstrap, etc.

In lieu of chocolate bunnies, just had an ice cream sundae #today. Cookies n cream, and a brick of sorts, the mutliflavor chocolates reformed after my freezer started behaving again. Banana, chocolate drizzle (I'm almost out!), some whipped cream from a can, even a maraschino cherry from that little blue jar that's been in my refrigerator door, eight years if a day.

Yesterday's dinner that we had with our friend "D" also had an amazing dessert that I haven't had in years. I made some gluten free brownies (I need to eat GF), and I mentioned that to them, then I mentioned that I hadn't had a brownie sundae in a decade, so "D" brought some real vanilla bean ice cream, and we made a close facsimile to brownie sundaes. We didn't have hot fudge, but the brownies had choc chips in them, and we had a non-dairy whipped cream for the top.

I don't recommend traditional ice cream (or sugar anything), but if you must, I recommend getting some at Costco food court. Can't beat the consistency, texture, taste, quantity, and of course the price.
$2 for a very large cup of vanilla or strawberry icecream; $2.50 for a strawberry or chocolate sundae.🍦 🍨 😋

My wife and I repurpose plastic container, I mostly use Yogurt Containers for my treelings, and she puts surplus or leftover stews or Chili.. But I can't find ice cream, and I was sure I ordered some last grocery order, but I can't open any more "fausse glace" containers.. I've been disappointed over and over. I'll just put chocolate syrup on a banana, and call it a Sundae. <sigh> #IceCream #Sundae #Fail
