#BusinessProposal is one of those shows that I get halfway through and realize it's not for me but I still need the closure of completing it. It was high on the lists of favourite dramas for many people but I need more than romance to hold my interest.
In #SummerStrike, I liked Bom's family a lot, as well as the additional stories of community members. Also, the scenery was super interesting, as most of the rural shows are for me.

  2. @EllenInEdmonton ahahha I dropped #BusinessProposal and I moderately liked #SummerStrike just because I want to see mature relationships, not grown-ups holding hands like kids 😄

I didn't watch the other ones you mention

Haha, I like #LoveNextDoor as well as #RomanceInTheHouse for #CurrentlyAiring
For binging, I finished #SummerStrike and am currently finishing up #BusinessProposal.

They're okay from time to time but I really don't enjoy a straight romance that much. And the second one is at least twice as long as necessary. First show where I'm deliberately doing other things while it's on the screen. It's not terrible but it's far from riveting!

  4. @Hanktank @EllenInEdmonton @emmaaum If you need some calm #kdrama I suggest #DoYouLikeBrahms to Ellen (Elisheva I know you've already watched it 😉).
    Here's my review

Another stress-free drama is #SummerStrike. It has many qualities, for instance it's one of the few dramas portraying the Korean countryside life and mentality, however I have to admit that the relationship between the leads (#KimSeolHyun and #ImSiWan, two excellent actors!) is too platonic for my liking.

  5. @jcurries @Missrdevine @Hanktank well in #summerstrike drama I found it a bit annoying that a supposedly Dutch university professor had a US accent when speaking English. Why don't they make him an American professor then?
As for #DoomAtYourService I was more concerned about the ML not speaking English even if he told that he went to work in the USA. The Canadian guy and the aunt should have spotted the lie in a heartbeat.
