Yesterday, some of our SR members joined the Rocking Chair sit-in in San Francisco to confront Citibank's bankrolling of the climate crisis.
Citi has more than $200 billion in support for fossil fuel expansion since 2016. Meanwhile we witness record-setting heat waves, wildfires, and floods ravage communities around the world.
Over 100 seniors belonging to Third Act , 1000 Grandmothers, and allied climate action groups staged the sit-in in solidarity with #SummerOfHeat in New York🔥

We should start naming Heatwaves.
