I spent the day wandering between #falconry displays and the #archery range, surrounded by people who take their #history seriously. The #jousting is intense, but the real charm is the #medieval tavern where stories flow as fast as the ale. A perfect way to spend a bank holiday weekend in #EastSussex.

I also signed up for another fun creative community workshop at the #WellandCommunityOrchard legacy park & taking my friend, Cassidy, to it.
#Printmaking in the orchard 😊 On Aug. 11th.
We'll learn how to design, carve & use #linocut stamps & how to use natural materials from some of the wonderful fruit species around the orchard to make #collagraph prints. We will get to #design & #create our own #stamps based on inspiration from the orchard & then use it in combination with collagraph techniques to print a pretty tote bag to take home.
