  4. What irritates me most in the USA are the nutrition labels on products - it seems like they are intended to deliberately mislead consumers. At first glance, everything is simple: the sugar content is listed in grams. But no - this is the amount in a serving, which the manufacturer decides themselves (who came up with the crazy idea that a serving of dried apricots is four pieces?). As a result, you have to do several math calculations every time to find out how much sugar is in 100 grams of the product. It's incredibly frustrating. But I prefer not to give up and not let myself be fooled by the manufacturers - it's better to spend a few minutes on this than to let myself be deceived. #NutritionFacts #ConsumerRights #SugarContent
