Inside West Suffolk's (UK) Maglia Rosso is the signed jersey from Graeme Obree's one-hour record in Oslo, a preserved Penny Farthing from the 1880s, and (what I think is) the owner's completion jersey from the LEJOG (Land's End to John O' Groats).

* An 18-month old #puppy who I adore, the 13th #BoxerDog in my life. She's a very good #editorial assistant & sometimes joins in Zoom meetings.
* #Cooking for family & friends. During pandemic times delivering bread & soup to people's front porches in the winter, & large salads in the summer.
* #Walking and #reading, albeit not at the same time, are favourite activities, and bagging #Munros was my idea of fun in the past.
