Patriopsychotic Anarchomaterialism - The True Politics of the SubGenius. A community of “leave people the fuck alone” - or else Not anarchism, or libertarianism, or any other “ism” (even if there’s an “ism” in the name). Antipolitics. Sadly many a SubGenii has to resort to typical politics, to implement their noble ideas, but that’s the way of the world. Related to the SubGenius Nuclear Family.

Normals - People that are just, well, normal. Almost always Humans, but no small amount are unawakened SubGenii. They’re why things suck and are the most loyal troops of The Conspiracy because it provides normalcy. Real pain to work with. Almost all Normals are Pinks and vice versa.

Mars - Which may be the original Earth because of the Earth-Mars switch. A planet with lots of cool alien stuff if you’ve watched any classic Sci-Fi. It just appears to be a desert, which is probably because of The Conspiracy. Not so much the Angry Red Planet as just disappointed.

Emaculation - When JHVH-1 contacted “Bob” Dobbs with the divine Prescriptures. “Bob” was able to access this divine revelation after a supposed “accident” tinkering on a TV of his own design. Though it took time to get going, this ultimately resulted in The Church of the SubGenius. To this day some SubGenii shock themselves on television sets ritually, though some are probably just perverts.

Earth-Mars Switch - At some point in our fractured timeline Earth and Mars switched places. This is another reason Earth seems to be pretty lousy and why all the cool stuff is on Mars and why we can’t find (the real) Atlantis.. This is probably due to the machinations of The Conspiracy but may be another hare-brained idea of JHVH-1. Possibly due to Timeline collapse of The Memory Wars.

Aliens - A general term for time-bound, often physical, beings from worlds other than Earth. There seem to be a lot of them, but to judge by the UFO enthusiasts, most are suspiciously humanoid. Too many factions to mention or count. Xists are just one example. Watch the skies and don’t take any wooden Saucers. Great source of advanced technology when they crash.

Can change appearances constantly. Just as promiscuous as “Bob” but far less known. The Yang to his Yin, the two are inseparable, even when they’re sleeping with other people.

I'm thinking of joining the Church of the Subgenius because I think it's going to take another cult for me to take seriously the undoing of my first cult's programming around intense perfectionism, unending industry, and compulsive minimization of the fatigue. I need to slack, and maybe if I had some peer pressure to conform to, I could truly be like my latest role model The Dude and have zero ambition.
Plus then I'll have two ordinations. I could marry the same couple twice at their own wedding. Which I realize seems ambitious. Plus I hate weddings. And being married. But there's always twice-holied water. Kills two vampires in one go.

The Memory Wars - An event caused by The Conspiracy to derail X-Day, altering the memories of everyone on Earth to stop the arrival of the Xists. The SubGenii at least partially stopped them, but we can’t remember how. Probably fragmented the timeline through sheer psychic chaos and may have allowed dangerous entities into our world like Moonshrimp. It’ll get cleared up after Omicron Epsilon, but that’s in 2178.

Earth - Where we live. A planet used by JHVH-1 for various schemes that continually fall apart. May also be Mars depending on your timeline and the Earth-Mars Switch. A pretty nice blue planet that has been continually messed up by various aliens, false gods, and other malcontents. Maybe we should take care of it more. Fortunately the SubGenii will take it over on X-Day thanks to the Xists.

Atlantis - The home of the Yeti given to them by the Xists. Fell after the Yeti cross-bred with Humans. Most Pinks who claim to remember Atlantis are just reading psychic impressions left over from other gullible marks. The real one was destroyed, and no known remains are apparent since this writing, so get over it. Also it may be on Mars, thanks to the Earth-Mars Switch, which makes this complicated.

Yetisyn - Yeti-human hybrids, identified by the famous Stanisław Szukalski who got it both very right and very wrong (enough his writings made “Bob” faint!). The result of ever-unstoppable Yeti horniness back in Atlantis. The source of SubGenii and the source of our many powers. Also at least we don’t work for the Xists but the planet kind of sucks.

Some beings raise them for their souls like the Xists because they accumulate pain. No surprise JHVH-1 had them created.. No one knows what he looks like or what his plans are. It is said “Bob” will defeat and maybe even consume him, probably during Omicron Epsilon. He could be anywhere. He could be right behind you.

Jesus - SEVERAL mysterious figures. There’s JHVH-1’s vengeful bastard son, and then there’s the actual cool Jesus who was for REAL people and told parables and jokes to make points. The Conspiracy keeps several spare Jesii around in case they need to fool Pinks. The Real Jesus has apparently been reincarnated and even helped out the Church of the SubGenius at one point. Deserves a better fan club, honestly. -

Creative, angelic beings, they were glad to take advantage of JHVH-1 to create the perfect Yeti. Still didn’t foresee the fall of Atlantis, which you think they would have. Will return one day thanks to their Deal with “Bob” to hand Earth over to the SubGenii. -
