I spent a half an hour this morning picking up single use plastic and styrofoam and other materials such as glass and rubber items. I do this once or twice a month on this section of Atlantic shoreline in the Florida Keys. I could have spent 5 hours and still not have gotten it all. Plastic bottles and bottle caps, styrofoam of various sizes, shoes, toothbrushes, rope, hoses etc. Millions of years from now, long after humans have killed themselves off, I hope that Mother Earth may be restored. Yes, ban the plastic garbage bags holding this stuff too. -
