  2. Men ok, 74% av maxpuls i snitt och aldrig över 80% som mest på 45 minuter på löpbandet. Det var väldigt lagom, styrkepasset gick som en dans efteråt. Marklyft på schemat, det kändes som att jag lekte med vikterna idag.

    Vårkänslorna följer med in på gymmet verkar det som 😃

    Jag fick behärska mig för att inte börja leka med för tunga vikter, det var svårt. Men jag har en plan och en idé av en anledning 🙂 #träning #löpning #styrketraning

  3. Detta med dubbelpass ja. Det kanske inte är en slump att jag blev dyngförkyld i en vecka efter att jag körde intervaller och styrka samma dag för första gången på över 7 år.

    Igår gjorde jag om det, fast jag joggade lite lugnt i 45 minuter och körde mycket lättare styrka än förra gången. Det gick bättre.

    Jag behöver knö ihop det om jag ska hinna med. 3 styrkepass och 2 löppass i veckan och bara 3 dagar jag har möjlighet att komma iväg och träna. #löpning #styrketräning

    Jag hade lovat att köra styrka med äldsta dottern och det gick men jag hade så mycket mjölksyra i benen att jag mådde lite illa faktiskt. Inget ovanligt, om man tar i och det kan man ju säga att jag gjorde. Vi pratade om det på gymmet och jag räknade ut att det var åtminstone över 7 år sedan jag körde ett dubbelpass av det här slaget. Då är det kanske inte konstigt om kroppen reagerar. Nu känns det okej igen. #styrketraning #löpning #träning

  5. Tredje veckan i rad med tre rejäla pass #styrketräning bara basövningar. Eftersom jag vet hur otålig jag blir när det känns som att det går bra följer jag ett schema på #StrengthLog (appen) som håller mig i herrans tukt och förmaning. Kondition kör jag en eller två gånger/v, för att det är bra för hjärtat typ. Det är när det går så bra som det gjort hittills som jag, om jag får bestämma själv, börjar rodda med tyngre vikter. Det vet jag att det är dumt. 3-4 veckor är bara smekmånaden. #träning

  6. För 13 år sedan släppte vi boken Forma Kroppen, som snabbt blev en storsäljare. Den användes i flera år som kurslitteratur på PT-utbildningar runt om i landet och var självklar i bokhyllan hos alla som tränade seriöst på gymmet.

    Forma Kroppen såldes för sista gången i bokhandeln 2020. Sedan dess har vi arbetat med att ta fram en ny och ännu bättre bok. Nu är resultatet […]

  7. Nu är jag mäkta nöjd, trots att jag faktiskt inte orkade alla bänkpressar som jag hade tänkt mig. Det gjorde inte ont någonstans, jag bara 'tog slut'. Det är helt okej att köra till fail ibland. Det är när jag måste bryta för att något gör ont, som jag inte hade tänkt mig, som jag blir deppig. Vanligtvis ett muskelfäste någonstans eller något sånt skräp, och oftast för att jag haft för bråttom med ökningarna. #träna #styrketräning

    i´m not doing new workouts online lately as all the big stress from several previous months and the grief completely kicked me off. I don´t feel good psychologically and physically.
    I know I´m not the only one dealing with stress, depression and grief at these times.

    .
    There are two things I also know - falling apart is not a solution and during a workout I can disconnect from all the external world and all the problems.
    Probably not during relaxing sessions, but the ones where you have to work and concentrate.

    .
    So no relaxing sessions. Nothing restorative. just something that will pump all the thoughts out.

    As I have not been training enough for half a year I feel myself on the beginner level. so I decided it´s time to make a workout plan for beginners, for a month. with additional options for all levels.
    Something like 3 or 4 short online sessions per week, approximately 20-minutes each of strength training, yoga and stretching.
    Motivation and finding a wish to start is the hardest thing.

    Would somebody else would like to join? to start strength and flexibility training from a scratch? Let me know, please. This would be the motivation for me.

    What would you get?

    1 - Body balance and stability:
    - legs: coordination and balance (for the kicks if you´re into martial arts)
    - arms: strong wrists (for the safe punches if - you know)

    2 - Stretching and flexibility:
    - feeling younger by getting more mobility
    - high kicks + splits

    3 - Strength:
    - core + back health
    - better body relief
    - everyday life energy

    And the most important - during a workout you leave the outer world outside!

  13. Slank betyder i princip lång och smal. Du kan inte träna dina muskler till att bli mindre. De växer antingen ingenting, lite eller mycket från träning.

    När det gäller muskellängd så kan man påverka den med träning. Men effekten är minimal och då dina muskler ändå går från ett fäste till ett annat så märks det inte om den är lång eller inte rent […]

    Knäböj: 8 x 40 (ÅB!), 8 x 40, 8 x 40
    Skivstångsrodd: 8 x 20, 8 x 25, 8 x 30, 9 x 35 (PB!)
    Press: 8 x 20 (ÅB!), 8 x 20, 6 x 20
    Crunch på boll: 10 x 3

    Personbästa är alltid lika roligt! Mycket överkropp idag. Det var mycket ben i veckan, så det kändes vettigast att bromsa. Jag kände direkt att benen inte ville mer, annars hade jag ökat.

  15. CW: Träningssnack

    Jag kom ut till sist. Det var inte så troligt att jag skulle komma ut först, allt bara försvann, var oladdat eller bara undanlagt men till min egen stora förvåning befann jag mig ute i regnet och sprang rätt vad det var.

    5,1km är inte illa med tanke på att jag har sån träningsvärk att jag knappt kan gå i trappan hemma!

    Hur var det nu, jag tog det lugnt med styrketräningen igår sa jag? Det verkar inte påverka mängden träningsvärk jag får. #träna #löpning #styrketräning
