and they're giving me shit about returns because their try-on period is now just 5 days. every dark pattern in the book: fake autocomplete in the customer service contact form that closes the form and routes you to a knowledge base article, post-submit box that tries to get you to click another knowledge base article (and closes your ticket if you do).
Dia&Co is dead to me. trying to file a chargeback if they won't take the return. on top of the style crimes, none of this stuff fits and it's pretty flimsy.

damn, Dia&Co. really sucks now. i do not think the FullBeauty acquisition was good for them. Eloquii stuff was starting to be hit or miss last time i posted in this thread (given their own previous acquisition by Walmart before Fullbeauty got them, this should surprise few), and Dia&Co. is just… more of that, now.
dated, baggy, weird palette, bafflingly off any trend i can identify. my girlfriend said the most promising dress looked like something her grandma would have worn. two boxes, ten items, no hits.
under no circumstances should a style service inflict magenta paisley print on someone who hasn't specifically asked for it.
