What I've learned.
AZ: Fair price. Chain stores abound but I shop local.
NM: Cheap and good. Many local places.
CA: It's just like booze in special stores.
NV: Chain and Native American owned. Princes and quality varies on area. Ely's native owned place is good. Elko's is getting pricey.
CO: Only once but felt overpriced and kinda like Disneyland.
IL: Kinda hush-hush feeling.
MI: Chill in the inaka. Only once.
WI: Crazy drinks at the KwikTrip コンビニ. WTF
MT: Seems chill and good like NM.
