The only solution, and a stupid one at that, is to log out of your logged-in account, go to the main page of #GoDaddy, head down to the footer where you select your location and therefore your language, where you now select a different region regardless of where you actually are, and then finally login again.
This must be the dumbest way ever to do this. Why not just have a language selector within the preferences per user just like EVERYBODY else has?
