After a long and cold winter, a super stressful move, a couple illnesses, it's time to start my #stupidRun again. Any good thoughts would be appreciated.

Am I going for my #stupidRun today? Yes. Will I have a breakdown at the end of it? 50/50 I’d say.

Haven't been keeping up with the posts, but I went for my #stupidRun.

I have a new route with optional diversions along the way, which actually helps. I also discovered that the park across from the federal courthouse has a rubberized running track around it!

In other news, I don't know how to tie up my new running shoes in a way that doesn't cut off the blood flow to my feet.

I went for my #stupidRun. It's cloudy and a lovely temperature. It wasn't too crowded in the park. I still hate it.

It's only 80° here in Brooklyn but the #canadianFog is back, and the humidity is about 80% so my #stupidRun was rough but doable.

Why is it that two 40-minute bike rides in one day doesn’t wipe me out, but my 25-minute runs do? Even though, according to my watch, I burn roughly the same number of calories?
