To use KTLS with OpenSSL, applications must enable it explicitly via SSL_OP_ENABLE_KTLS, there's no "global on". I'm almost prepared to patch stunnel. After cloning the repo, I ran man stunnel and it says: use stunnel -options to see all possible TLS options. The all-knowing stunnel developer already made it possible to set arbitrary TLS options! So just write [service_name] options = ENABLE_KTLS, and you get KTLS! #stunnel #openssl
