WHY? Because the landowners are white (WHYte). Based on #PDX history these white landowners have generational wealth built upon #Stumptown ‘s very WHITE history and forcible removal of Indigenous First Peoples, Black people, Asian people, Jewish people and more from their own land. Why? White money.
