Hi @[email protected], have spent the evening on scrutinising @stsing draft for the #stsingCodeOfConduct. This is an exciting read. Key issue for me: will we get at a version in which a non-stsing member can get into action the stsing ombudsgroup to investigate #AbuseofPower by an #stsing member against a nonmember?

Emerging from discussions within and beyond the stsing Working Group "Best practices", a code of conduct drafting initiative has successfully mobilised support at the recent General Assembly, providing us with the mandate to draft a code of conduct.

We invite you, #stsing members and beyond, to join the drafting process! Our kick-off is TODAY, 15/06/23, 14:45 to 16:15 online.

@stsing 's best practices group will have its next meeting soon in order to discuss a code of conduct and the election of ombudsperson(s) setting the basis for our shared values and on how we want to work together within stsing, an STS association in Germany #WeDoSTS.

The meeting will take place online on January 26 from 11 -12 CET and is open to everyone interested regardless of member status.
