Part-timer (me) vs BT "engineer". Which is which?
My work isn't the neatest, but some of this supposedly professional work we've had done at this place is something else.

We do a lot of structured cabling projects and one of the questions that comes up a lot is "What Was The Worst Project?" And in my over 25+ years of working in tech this project remains the winner. I did not make this video to just rant about what happened, but to educate on how we dealt with the situation and offer some lessons learned to help people that may find themselves in this situation.
And for thinking it's as simple as "Have A Clear Contract & Scope of Work" I will remind you of my favorite quote "No battle plan survives contact with the enemy."
