I did not make this video to just rant about what happened, but to educate on how we dealt with the situation and offer some lessons learned to help people that may find themselves in this situation.
And for thinking it's as simple as "Have A Clear Contract & Scope of Work" I will remind you of my favorite quote "No battle plan survives contact with the enemy."
