“Stress cases” in UX make me sad.
I’m at Quest Diagnostics (for non-Americans, a chain of clinics where we can get bloodwork, etc. done). They redesigned the check-in kiosks and they are screwing EVERYBODY UP.
This neighborhood is full of seniors and non-English-speaking immigrants, and handling these kiosks with being flustered on top of that…the lobby was mad at the nurses, the nurses were mad at Quest IT…such a mess.
