#furality is supporting the straight pride movement by allowing AND advertising a straight pride meetup. HOWEVER, they say that’s ok as it doesn’t have “pride” in the name (though they also said ZERO panels and meets had pride in the name, so they maybe banning that word?), even if a staff member said it was “weird” and “questionable”!

We have Pride and other things like #BLM for a reason. It's because hate is still going strong and disproportionately affects minority groups. If you're the cause of that hate, it's nothing to be proud of.

#MarkSahady, 48, of Malden, Massachusetts, VP of #SuperHappyFunAmerica, the organization holding the widely-mocked "Straight Pride" parade in Boston in 2019, faces a felony charge.
