Vesuvio celebrará 12 años en México con sus quesos artesanales de tradición italiana, Expo Pizza y Pasta
La quesería artesanal Vesuvio participará del 14 al 16 de agosto en la Expo Pizza y Pasta de la Ciudad de México, donde presentará su línea de quesos italianos elaborados con procesos tradicionales y celebrará 12 años de presencia en el mercado mexicano.

La quesería artesanal Vesuvio participará en la Expo Pizza y Pasta de la Ciudad de México, que se realizará del 14 al 16 de agosto, donde presentará su línea de quesos italianos elaborados con métodos tradicionales y conmemorará 12 años de actividad en México.
El encuentro reunirá a productores, distribuidores, chefs, importadores y empresas especializadas en gastronomía italiana para intercambiar conocimientos, conocer nuevas tendencias y fortalecer la industria dedicada a la pizza, la pasta y otros productos representativos de esta cocina.
La participación de Vesuvio forma parte de la celebración por su aniversario en el país, periodo durante el cual la empresa ha elaborado quesos inspirados en recetas tradicionales del sur de Italia, con procesos artesanales enfocados en la frescura y el cuidado de cada etapa de producción.
Tradición italiana en la cocina mexicana
Durante la Expo Pizza y Pasta, la empresa exhibirá especialidades como mozzarella Fior di Latte, burrata, stracciatella, ricotta, mascarpone, scamorza, provola fresca y caciocavallo, productos utilizados en restaurantes, pizzerías y establecimientos especializados en gastronomía italiana.
De acuerdo con la compañía, cada variedad conserva características propias de distintas tradiciones queseras italianas y busca aportar textura, sabor y equilibrio a preparaciones como pizzas, pastas y otros platillos.
La muestra permitirá a profesionales del sector conocer cómo un queso artesanal puede influir en aspectos como la elasticidad de una mozzarella fresca o la intensidad de un queso ahumado, elementos que inciden en la experiencia gastronómica.
Gabriela Domínguez, directora de Vesuvio, señaló que cumplir 12 años en México representa la consolidación de un proyecto enfocado en acercar al mercado nacional la tradición quesera del sur de Italia y compartir ese trabajo con profesionales que valoran la calidad y el origen de los ingredientes.
Expo reunirá a especialistas de la industria
La Expo Pizza y Pasta se ha consolidado como uno de los principales encuentros para la industria gastronómica especializada en cocina italiana en México.
Durante los tres días del evento participarán productores nacionales e internacionales, importadores, distribuidores, fabricantes de hornos, escuelas de cocina y especialistas del sector, quienes compartirán innovaciones, tendencias y propuestas para fortalecer este segmento gastronómico.
Para Vesuvio, la participación también representa una oportunidad para reafirmar su apuesta por los procesos artesanales y la elaboración de productos que conservan la esencia de la tradición italiana, en un mercado donde crece el interés por ingredientes de calidad y con identidad propia. –sn–

First time I'm playing JA (as you can guess by the fact that I have a lot of unspent cash and just one merc with me to compensate for Medic 0... I think I'll restart the campaign as soon as I learn the hotkeys during this run).
Absolutely randomly I ended up with an all-female team of mercenaries fighting for the freedom of the oppressed people. Ironically given that Miguel says "Enrique has sent *men*" .

if you do, give #stracciatella a nudge (it's a modern cross-platform rewrite, must have imho):
