About to make a pot of chili. I have some pretty exotic #chili recipes but this is going to be simplest. Two essential rules for chili: #NoBeans (ever) and #NoWater (Use a couple of bottles of dark #lager - some #stouts and #porters work great too). I'm using Negra Modelo today.
