Setting watches for the night, as we enter closer than 300Nautcal miles from Gaza, and actions to try and stop us becomes ever more likely.
We will sail to Gaza through international waters til we enter Palestinian Exclusive Economic Zone, and territorial waters as declared in accordance with UNCLOS rules on 24 September 2019, to the UN by the State of Palestine. We currently see three navy ships quite close to us. As they have their AIS transponders turned of it's hard for us to know at any given time who they are.

Some situations to handle here in the morning hours. One boat took in water, and the crew had to be evacuated. We took half of them in our boat, but now they have to be distributed among the boats who have available space.

@j_j For the purpose of us sailing, outside 12 Nm we are in international waters where jurisdiction over us belong to the flag state of the boat(We are a french boat), with piracy being the only real exeption. And that is where the last attacks happened.

At anchor at Koufonisi. Dealing with one of the main boats having trouble, and the steering committee evaluating our next move. The Greek coastguard some miles out, the Italian frigate further to sea, from time to time a fighter jet screems past overhead. After a day of rumors and threts, of more severe attacks, the decision is made to enter Greek territorial waters, and continue eastward along the coast of Crete. And we've had a calm night so far. We know though that it is only a delay of the confrontation, as it seems most of the world bow their heads as Isreal take it as their right to attack civilians in international waters.

The American veterans say they are flashbangs. We see a fireball, and then hear and feel the boom, but damage is limited to sails and rigging, and eardrums. We have not had one drop on our boat yet, but have seen close to 10.
