I'm still not quite sure how I feel about the end of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean. It wasn't at all what I was expecting, not that that's a bad thing on its own. But it was kind of an unsatisfying conclusion.

Despite most people who watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean thinking the second cour was the worst, I think it was the best. It had some of the best arcs, including Ermes vs. Sports Maxx.

Before that I read #SteelBallRun and really enjoyed it, though maybe not quite as much as #StoneOcean--only because that ending is seriously hard to beat.
I think the unique setting and context of Steel Ball Run made it really feel interesting throughout. Hirohiko Araki is obviously a master and never fails to create surprising powers and interesting situations with heroes and villains that are fun, memorable and likable. I know I'm late here, but there's nothing quite like it.

And we made it! I liked it overall. I felt like seeing things in motion really gave a sense of how things progressed, and the gravity of the situation really struck hard. Time stuff always still confuses me.

Finished the Stone Ocean anime last night. This is the first JoJo season that I had read the manga first, so that might be coloring my opinion, but I really think it might be my favorite so far. #JJBA #StoneOcean

Finished #JoJo #StoneOcean yesterday. Every part the new combat maneuvers feel more and more like asspulls so at a certain point it became hard to watch. The great ending more than made up for it though. Part 7 seems to get a lot of hype from the manga readers so I'm curious to see what that's about when it comes out in a while.

Seeing the end of Jojo in anime form is a surreal experience. Many manga fans never thought we'd get a good adaptation of anything that wasn't part 3. Now here we are and the entire original saga is concluded. It's been around for so long it kinda feels like saying good bye to an old friend. An old flamboyant friend. To horse racing Andre 3000 we go.
