Studio painting of Stodmarsh national nature reserve, situated in the Stour valley in North Kent. The reserve is an internationally important habitat supporting a range of specialised birds and insects. It has the largest reed bed in South East of England, with fens, ditches, wet grassland and open water. I love wild places like this. Oil on primed panel, 27 x 35 cm.
