@Richard_Littler @actuallyautistic I remember how my #pendulum swung when I came out as #gay. I was an in-your-face #queer. 🤣🌈 I eventually calmed down.
Where it comes to my #autism and #masking I’m not really sure how in touch I am with myself and my needs and #stims.
For now I’m mostly focused on being mindful of my internal state and giving myself space to #stim or #selfcare as needed. Most of this aligns with what I consider my #introversion.
