  1. #Fashion has been feeling more intentional recently. #Streetwear especially shows how comfort and #creativity can exist together, where everyday pieces turn into statements without trying too hard.

  6. I'm delighted to have a (tiny) studio, but there isn't room for much more than a bit of watercolour to dabble with. I added a small hairdryer to my studio tool set, so I wouldn't have to wait to turn the page. Well: it would help if I also used a little less water!

  9. Here's what I worked on this weekend. The Summer Southern Milky Way! Using Canon R6, 70mm Zoom Lens @f/5.6, ISO 6400. A stack of 45sx10 frames, tracked on a Sky Guider. The data was captured at Cherry Springs State Park on 8/26. #astrophotography #astronomy #milkyway 🔭📷🌌 #stilllearning

  14. I’d made a small Raven piece from scrap wood and was pleased with how it eventually turned out. This next one is similar but is going to be a Thunderbird if I don’t mess things up. I’ve already made a second head because the first didn’t turn out the way I’d pictured in my head. I’ll show the progress as it comes together. #indigenous #wip #StillLearning #pnw

  19. Nobody prepares you for how much of adulthood is just googling “how to cook chicken” again.

  20. Swift has been such a breath of fresh air! Remember the days of manual memory management? Thank goodness those are behind us! Big thanks to Chris Lattner and the Swift team for creating a language that's both powerful and actually enjoyable to use. This programmer's been around the block, and Swift is truly something special. #SwiftLang #StillLearning

  25. I guess for stills, LUTs are like a real time filter in the view finder. So fun! #StillLearning And w/Panasonic adding them to the S9 it's only going to get more common for iOS & Android camera apps & "real" cameras. Some LUTs (generally the larger ones over 1MB) don't seem to work in Pearla. I don't know if that's a Pearla bug or more likely a me unencumbered by knowledge bug :-) All the Panasonic LUTs I have tried work in Pearla e.g. Vintage Vibes from Panasonic's site: panasonic.com/uk/consumer/came

  30. Turns out heat intolerance is an #ADHD thing (sensory overload). I hate the feeling of direct sunlight on my skin - to me it feels like being stabbed by thousands of needles. I become short-fused and irritable. Life just isn't as much fun during the summer months. Kind of what 'normal' people have during the winter months, but in reverse 😂

    ADHD. Huh. Who knew 🙄

  35. @futzle

Well, I'll be buggered. I always thought it had one spelling, with two (or more) meanings, such as pen and pen. Thanks for that. 🙂
