Stop Trying to Be #Indispensable at #Work “Be indispensable” is flawed advice. Y, it may provide some #jobsecurity but GLtrying 2 advance in yr #career. But their indispensability & mgmt shortsightedness keeps them & whole org on hamster wheel.
