    Mine repeatedly tastes unpleasant after about 2 to three days on the stove.
    Oxidised?

    I think #Oats/#SteelCutOats would be a great addition to #bread #dough, and/or hearty #winter #soups and #stews. It doesn't have to feature prominently, but a handful here, a handful there, to see what suits you. If you like the results, add more next time...😉
