We went to see Finnish country band Steve 'n' Seagulls last night live at the Brudenell in Leeds. An evening of fast paced folk covers of old rock songs featuring accordions, double bass, banjos, mandolins, some traditional Finnish instruments, a theramin and perfectly tuned beer bottles. Completely daft but just marvellous - my face is tired from grinning. Amazing musicians too. See them if you can!

Another thing they demonstrate is how Scandinavian bands have amazing production values on their videos
Some of that is because quality video is easier to make nowadays
The other is due to government arts funding 💰
Nevertheless, I asked where they got the money for a steam locomotive!? 🚂
Their response was that it helps if you know someone who owns one

Joe's Little Baby LIVE
Not only the usual good time, toe-tapping fun, but IMHO, the vocals here have 'matured' in a way where he's doubling some banjo notes in the vocals (almost like Hendrix in "Hear My Train' A'Comin", or Peter Frampton) and stylistically almost phrases like Ian Anderson a bit (from olden "This Was"/Back to the Country days). TL;dr version: I like this! Maybe you will too.
