    I think it's rather rooted in the common arrogant USamerican picture of themselves as being superior to everything and everyone "best country in the world"🙄 partly out of #whitesupremacy partly out of lack of education (on purpose). He is (just) a poster example of both. 😬
    So with him apparently greedy power "gone lose", lawless, reckless.

    Edit: He is not someone with an ideology but only a greedy, stupid narcissist. And that's why he is such a useful tool for some. #steve_bannon
