  1. Found some software to align the 3D photos for parallel viewing without a #3D screen. It reads the .MPO files the #3DS saves and supports displaying them in several ways. Perhaps I'll get a pair of anaglyph glasses to play around with as well.

    Stereo Photo View software: stereophotoview.bitbucket.io/e

These are free-viewable without crossing your eyes, though you may have to play around with what size you view them at. Smaller is easier.

  6. A little bit of texture makes the surface a lot easier to read. #stereoscopic #gamedev #bevy --
  7. #gamedev #stereoscopic #bevy Instead of flying chaotically around more or less like gravitational bodies, lumps now organize themselves into huge semi-static structures. I've tuned it so that you can walk from one lump surface to the next. I have a bunch of climbing mechanics in the works.
  8. So far, I'm a little frustrated that #pixelfed doesn't seem to be able to handle the size of my #stereoscopic #photographs. I have to shrink them, one at a time, with #TheGimp to get them to post at all. Maybe I can find a batch resizer.

  9. I tried to freehand some #stereoscopic #photography. Here's Kirkstall Abbey, #Leeds.

If you don't know how to look at #crossview photos: it's like magic eye. Cross your eyes a little and try focus on the "middle" photo that appears.
