Sometime back in the mid 90’s my buddy and I took off in my boat on an hour trip across Puget Sound looking for the Orka pod. Needless to say we found them. I shut my boat down to get some photos and the pod decided to come right at us. They swam directly under my boat and got a look at us. Scary and beautiful all at once. It’s 1983, autofocus really is a new frontier. And you want to burn dates or events right into your negatives for the sake of posterity. Chinon has your back. I inherited this setup and it hasn’t been used probably since the early 1990’s. I have one camera that seems to be okay and the other has a metering problem. So I will take the date burner off the back of the not working camera and put it on the other!! This stuff is clunky to say the least!! #steptoeedwall #filmisnotdead #chinon

The Beast. This thing is a tank. You can use it as a flail if need be and still get the shot. I just sent a couple rolls of slide film out to be processed. 60 bucks with scans and slide mounts.
