today for the first time trying out new workout schema wherein I do some small set of other exercises between charts based on my chart score. so in addition to these bad boys I also did some superman and pushups so far

so MANY fail outs before I managed to get another "set" holy moly, and I managed to find my way to the crappy pop UCS charts and all I gotta say is.... I'm glad andamiro is paying people 😬
