Irgendwann habe ich in meinem jugendlichen Leichtsinn laut getönt, wenn ich später so viele #Tabletten nehmen muss, dann gebe ich mir die Kugel.
Nun, heute denke ich darüber anders. Rechte Seite abends, linke Seite morgens. #Blutdruck x 2, #Statine für #Blutfettwerte, #ASS für die #Stents, und dann andere Leckereien, #Omega 3 auf dringende Empfehlung meines Schwiegersohns, #Amphetamine für den täglichen Schwung, watt mutt, datt mutt !!!

Auf meinem Profilbild wiege ich 10kg weniger. Ich hatte mit #WeightWatchers 26kg abgenommen und von denen hab ich mir wie ein Depp wieder 16 angefressen, die letzten 3 mit Bänderriss in Holland. Wiege wieder so viel, wie ich nie wieder wiegen wollte! Bin Mitte 40 habe zwei #Stents im Herzen, mein Vater ist viel zu früh an #Herz gestorben und ich schaffe es nicht abzunehmen um lange und gesund für meine Liebsten da zu sein! Schäme mich! Wer ist dieser fette Alte mit Jimmy? -
