In seiner Predigt appellierte der Bischof wegen der aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Spannungen eindringlich für mehr Zusammenhalt. „Inmitten einer hochnervösen, aggressiven Zeit“ rief Glettler dazu auf, sich nicht von „Neid, Hass und einfachen Lösungen“ leiten zu lassen. Anstelle von „Abschottung in ideologische Blasen“ brauche es mehr Begegnung und die gemeinsame Suche nach Lösungen. Ziel sei ein „Miteinander, das trägt“ als Antwort auf wachsende Unsicherheit in der Gesellschaft.
Auszug: "Vorsicht deshalb vor denen, die das Blaue vom Himmel versprechen: Mit uns wird alles besser, alles gerechter. Mit uns kommt die gute alte Zeit zurück!"
Jeder vernünftige Mensch kann dem nur zustimmen.
Nach der Predigt äußerte sich der blaue Politiker lautstark Richtung Altar zu Glettler, er wäre besser grüner Politiker geworden.

Ich habe bisher von Theorie U immer wieder gehört, aber nie wirklich Einblick erhalten. Jetzt (bin ziemlich am Anfang) lese ich dazu Scharmer "Essentials der Theorie U" und fand es ganz angenehm (Verstehe zum Beispiel "die Quelle" noch nicht wirklich, aber das wird bestimmt noch erklärt). Bis ich gerade die Lobhudelei auf Steiner lese. Da frage ich mich direkt, ob ich es überhaupt noch weiterlesen möchte.
