I mean, in my experience, 4 cpu is pretty limiting these days especially with multitasking, especially compiling code but I don't think Linux gamers compile code or play the latest games all the time so I guess it's understandable.

As for most popular Linux distros side of things, it's looking alright I guess. The only distros I haven't used in this list is pop, ubuntu core and cachy. Of course, I use Arch, btw.

Just got the Steam Hardware Survey stuff and I checked some notable shit and seriously, are people actually just happy with just 8 GB VRAM these days?
Dude, 6 - 8 GB was like the standard back in idk, back in fucking 2016 lmao. 11 GB was ideal and 4 GB was the minimum back then too.
I don't even understand. Maybe it's just NVIDIA not making 16 GB VRAM the standard nowadays, 24 as the ideal, with 12 GB the minimum.
