We got in a nice 15 mile bike ride yesterday between the final round of rain in the Santa Cruz CA area.
It's always amazing to see the Monterey peninsula from across the Monterey Bay. As in this photo, quite often it looks like an island. It's unfortunate that this photo doesn't capture it well.

I saw the board-stealing #otter at #SteamerLane, chilling on the tail end of a foamboard while surfer treaded water on the other. It even caught a small summer wave.
