手許にあったチェダーチーズのスライスを焼いて、ソースを塗ったお好み焼きの上にのせてみようと思ったのですが、ちと、とろけ方がイメージと違って…
この溶け方だとカリカリに焼いたほうが良さそう。味的にはお好み焼きを焼くときにあいだにはさんだほうが断然好みでした。

お席に余裕がございますので気軽にお問い合わせください。
なお、ビルのメンテナンスのため本日の深夜枠はありません。先の日程のお問い合わせも増えてきました。まだゆっくりな日もありますがそれなりにお席も埋まるようになりだいぶとお客様も戻ってきたというかコロナ以降の方が増え、今までとは異なる年齢層の方が増えたように思います。おひとりさまの割合も。
うちはお客様の滞在時間が長い方だとおもうのですが色んな話を伺うことが出来て楽しいです。写真は先日の試作。
