I'm really hoping to get this beast on the gaming table in a few days time.
I, of course, will most likely be playing the glorious and just empire that is only trying to bring peace and order to the galaxy. If only those violent, misguided rebels can be dealt with. :blobfoxdevil:
I've written a detailed retrospective of my time at #WBC2025 last week, which is now available at BoardGameGeek. Live vicariously through my account of the best ten days in gaming! #boardgames #BoardGameGeek #StarWarsOuterRim #StarWarsRebellion #innovation #WarOfTheRing

And that's Day 2 of #WBC2025! It started with heat 2 of #StarWarsOuterRim, which i won as Dengar. Then I ran a demo for #StarWarsQueensGambit for a few folks, which was great! Next came the mulligan round of #WarOfTheRing, which i won with an extremely fast ring dunk in just over an hour, even with a break for a fire alarm evacuation! Then I ran the first heat of Queen's Gambit which had a great turnout of 16 players, and I won my match. Last was ##StarWarsRebellion mulligan, which I lost.
It's going down tomorrow!
Phew! I finally have a moment to breathe after a busy day! I started the day running a demo of Star Wars rebellion, then rushed to a heat of Star Wars outer rim, which I won. Then I had a quick lunch and prepared to run the mulligan round of rebellion, and i won my game. Then my friend Sean and I squeezed a mulligan game of War of the ring into an hour, which he won. Next up: I'm running the first heat of Star Wars: Queen's Gambit. #WBC2024 #BoardGames #StarWarsOuterRim #StarWarsRebellion

Missed the dislikes (rated 4 or less): 10
biggest "not for me"s:
#TwilightImperium4, #StarWarsRebellion, #7thContinent, #MarcoPolo
#WarOfTheRing was a big miss for me, but I really want to try it again - my rating could drastically change with a fresh mindset.
