Star Trek 2009 was released in movie theaters 17 years ago today.
They filmed some scenes at the Van Nuys, California Anheuser-Busch Brewery (when I was working there), including the shuttle scenes on Delta Vega with Spock, Kirk and Scotty. I got to tour the shuttle....very cool indeed!
Other scenes were filmed in the Fermenting Cellar and Chip Cellar.

Khan: "Dreadnought class. Two times the size, three times the speed. Advanced weaponry. Modified for a minimal crew. Unlike most Federation vessels, it's built solely for combat"
