  3. 4 different versions of a 20 minute #StarTrails taken while we were on holiday in #NorthWales. This is #StTanwyg church, #Llandanwg, also called the "church in the sand" because it is nestled in the dunes. The skies there are very dark so I did some light painting on a couple of shots to create different versions. Canon 1100D 10mm wide angle lens, 25sec ISO-3200 f/4.5 for 20 mins. This beautiful little church really stole my heart #NightscapePhotography #Wales #StarStaX

  8. A more artistic version of the scene.

Had a play with #StarStaX to create a star trail from about 100 of the timelapse frames. Used 'comet mode' for blending. Final tweaks in #DarkTable.

  13. Tonight the moon and Jupiter are next to each other. Using an iPhone XR, I took 12 exposures of 10 minutes each which were then stacked with StarStax. The lens started to fog up causing the glow effect.

  14. I created this #startrails photo a year ago today. The Moon was full so it was illuminating the church and some of the foreground. It's only 45 mins but is one of my favourites. #Canon1100D with 10-18mm lens, 90 x 30 second shots at ISO-800 f/4.5 +40 darks, stacked with #StarStaX #startrailsphotography #astrophotography
