When my Star Realms opponent has enough combat to finish me off, but they start buying stuff (and we're not playing with Events, Heroes, or Tech), I get irritated and concede, robbing them of their massive damage and seeing my authority drop to -50 or something. Does that make me a bad person? ;-) #StarRealms #VideoGames

bien, el finde estuve haciendo pruebas para el modo single-player con el mazo base de #StarRealms
La idea es que "la máquina" (el contrincante, el bot analogica xD) empiece con un mazo más grande, con 4 bases (elegidas al azar) y una nave (también elegida al azar).
Luego, pensar y realizar las mecánicas de compra y de utilización de habilidades.
Por ej, siempre va a preferir comprar una base, y sino, la carta mas cara, y si hay cartas iguales, la que haga más daño, y así

¿Alguien conoce o juega #StarRealms ?
Me compre el juego base con 4 expansiones, siempre que puedo juego con Amigues, es un #deckbuilding muy divertido.
Pero se juega de a 2 o más. Hay un modo singleplayer que se compra aparte, vengo pensando en armar un modo single con todo esto. El finde me gustaría ir probando cosas -
@Bad I play #StarRealms, and there's some terminology that's confusing between the two. You might want to consider using similar terms. E.g. changing "base" to "health", and "structure" to "base". Using "base" in a different way may be confusing for players coming over from Star Realms.

Yes I actually discovered deckbuilding games when I first was getting into #BoardGames (as an adult) and initially started with #MagicTheGathering. I could feel myself looking over the edge of the cliff that would be committing to Magic, and knew I had to walk away before it’s too late. Deckbuilding became a great alternative allowing me to experience more variety!

Grabbed those DLCs that I didn't have yet. I'm greatly enjoying the new dynamics that got introduced with some of those.
The Docking mechanic is interesting and makes you have a bigger hand next turn in a way.
The missing faction pairings also are nicely not missing anymore.
And some bases get cheaper if you play cards of the same faction first, so a 9-cost card can become a 5-cost card or even lower if you play it right. :D
There are some more little details, but don't recall off top of my head right now.Definitely having fun with this. :)

Kinda pondering about grabbing all the DLCs I haven't got yet in Star Realms. That's about 5 DLCs, and I do play this game every day. This would give me more play options.

I have a new gem tied for second favorite card game ever (2nd place shared with: The Crew, Scout, Love Letter, Arboretum, Dominion, Regicide, while the 1st remains: #StarRealms)
This was our first play with it but still! Freaking awesome game! -
It was a great year in playing #boardgames though I need to develop some scripts to register my #starrealms plays - I have played more than a 1000 times last year too.

One of my all-time favorites has to be #Dominion, the #Deckbuilding #game by #DonaldXVaccarino.Other games I do quite enjoy include #SmallWorld, #Carcassonne, #RaceForTheGalaxy, #EpicCardGame, #StarRealms, #Catan and #Ascension.
I haven't played #Splendor, #7WondersDuel and #TinyEpicKingdoms that much yet but they seem fun as well.
But #DominionCardGame #DominionGame has to be my number one for sure!

Hey #GeekSocial, anyone have #boardgames or #cardgames recommendations that a 6-year-old could get into? We've been playing #StarRealms and #PokemonTCG but would love to expand that out a bit.
Preferably games that can play out in half an hour or so, or at least give a sense of achievement at least every half hour. #tabletop

#introduction W00t thanks to @stvslkt for letting me onto the server, I'm excited to be here! I definitely feel way more at home somewhere that's #anime and #gaming focused. Life's too busy to keep up with much nowadays, but I've been dabbling in #arknights, #PokemonTCG, and #StarRealms. Favorite recent anime is #LycorisRecoil. And I've never missed a #PaxEast.
