News from Ancient Northern English Socialist friend. (ANES)

Summer ends with prize day at allotment. Solid Labour territory, so each year all 3 Labour councillors attend to present prizes.

But this year, a Green #GPEW took 1 of the 3 council seats. Allotment committee wants to invite the 2 remaining Labour cllrs.

ANES insists all 3 cllrs invited. The 2 Lab cllrs are #Starmtroopers, who sulk at Green presence, & refuse to come.

But Green comes, and goes down a treat. Labour own goal.

I'm hoping that #Starmer will block #Burnham's candidacy, triggering a big fight in #UKLabour between Burnham's soggy centrists and Starmers hard right.

Then Manchester native #ZackPolanski can stand for the Greens, and wipe the floor with the #Starmtroopers' candidate. #GPEW boosted, both factions of the so-called #LabourParty weakened.
