I'm feeling particularly powerless lately, so merely raged to myself "WHAT IS SHE ON?" Knowing fine well exactly what's going on... then #Starmer topped things off by withdrawing the whip from people of conscience.

I could not possibly hold my nose and vote Labour this last time, under #StarmerIsATory

I felt it was pointless writing to him to express my opinion considering his position. Perhaps wrong of me and I still should.

... I didn't complete it, due to the concerns of my person on how the information might be used and whether it would genuinely be anonymous.

The fact that they knew I hadn't completed it doesn't preclude anonymity, but it doesn't provide confidence either.

In a very strange state of mind today and have very little motivation (hence mindless scrolling...)

Wonder if it's just my body trying to recover from yesterday's heat?

The 10 degrees lower is very welcome, but since my thyroid was removed I struggle with temperature regulation.

Mind you, the anxiety over the #WelfareReform bill is not helping. I know the person for whom I care is in a state of terror, and I'm not far behind for their sake.

I want to see a realistic risk assessment.

The neoliberal IDIOTS don't give a stuff about the impact on the mental health of the vulnerable people who will suffer... The fear alone has an impact before any cuts become a reality.

Then there are those of us who are carers, also impacted by having to soothe and try to mitigate the harms.

So do I take it that the Labour party doesn't think disabled people are worthy of a decent life? Should my disabled family member just die rather than be a cost to the state?

Do they believe that the vulnerable have chosen to be in this position? Do those planning cuts imagine they are invulnerable to disability?

For a Labour gov' to be increasing poverty amongst the vulnerable... and claiming the moral high ground... Shame on you all!

Amongst the key findings:

For a lawyer, Starmer is awfully ignorant of the law. The 2010 Equality Act is very clear that you can only discriminate on the basis of gender reassignment in very limited circumstances (there must be a proportional aim). It is also clear that a GRC is not required for a person to be protected as holding the 'gender reassignment' category. I'm no fan of Starmer, but when there are attempts to needle him on the topic of Corbyn, why doesn't he point out Sunak's history with Johnson?

He supported Johnson's leadership bid and was rewarded with the role of Chief Secretary to the Treasury. How fortuitous that Javid (finally) resigned on principle, allowing him to take up the role of Chancellor of the Exchequer. Where was his integrity at that moment?
